Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1
Private arrival in Oslo
VIP greeting at the aircraft door and fast-track passport formalities, then a private transfer to your suite in Oslo’s finest hotel.
Day 2
Oslo, entirely privately
A private tour with your personal guide, visits arranged outside peak hours, and appointment-only shopping in the city’s luxury stores.
Day 3
On to Bergen
A domestic flight in business class, or a private aircraft on request, then check-in to a suite overlooking the historic harbour.
Day 4
Bergen, privately
A private walk through Bryggen and the fish market before the crowds, then the funicular, and lunch in a restaurant reserved entirely for you.
Day 5
A private yacht on the fjord
A full day aboard a private yacht in the Sognefjord: waterfalls, isolated villages, and Arabic coffee served on deck. The crew is briefed on prayer times.
Day 6
Balestrand & the Sognefjord
A stay at a historic hotel on the fjord shore, with free time, an optional spa treatment, and an evening stroll by the water.
Day 7
Geiranger
A panoramic transfer to Geiranger with a stop at the Dalsnibba viewpoint, then a private fjord cruise to the Seven Sisters waterfall, away from the crowds.
Day 8
Ålesund
The Art Nouveau city on the coast. A private tour, then dinner prepared by a private halal chef in your suite or a reserved villa.
Day 9
The midnight sun
A day shaped entirely around you — an optional helicopter flight over the fjords, or simply rest — and in the evening a private outing to watch the midnight sun.
Day 10
Departure
A private transfer to the airport with full VIP departure service, plus help with tax refunds and shipping any purchases home.

Halal food guaranteed
Every meal in the programme is 100% halal. We work with certified halal kitchens in Oslo, Bergen and Tromsø, and in remote areas we carry pre-prepared halal meals or arrange fresh seafood and vegetarian alternatives. Dietary allergies are noted at the time of booking.
Prayer times & qibla
The daily schedule is built around prayer times. Stops are planned to allow comfortable prayer breaks, your guide carries the day’s prayer timetable for the city you are in and will point out the qibla direction. Clean prayer mats are kept on board the vehicle, and we time arrivals at hotels or nearby mosques around the main prayers. Because Norwegian summer days are extremely long, your guide briefs you before departure on how prayer timings work at these northern latitudes.
Private & family-only groups
This tour can be booked as a private departure for your family or friends only — with no other guests joining. Private departures include a dedicated vehicle, a private Arabic-speaking guide, and full flexibility over departure times and rest stops.
